Shauna Magrath was certified in Permanent Cosmetic Application from the Canadian Micro-pigmentation Center in Toronto. She became certified in film make-up from Complections International School of Make-up in 1993 and since then has worked on more than 50 films and television series. She was graciously awarded by the Academy of Film and Television with Emmy honors for her Make-up FX contribution to the SCI-FI miniseries Tin Man.Emmy Certificate

Since Beauty Ink® opened its doors in 2008, Shauna has had the opportunity to appear on Breakfast Television many times, sharing her expertise on current make-up topics and showing demonstrations to the viewers. As a specialist in her field, she has also been sought after by the nationally aired W Network & OWN’s “Anna and Kristina’s Beauty Call” to demonstrate permanent procedures and the many benefits they have. Shauna continues to update her skills annually, training with the best in the world as she feels it’s important to keep up with the ever changing techniques and technology this industry offers. In 2016 Shauna was awarded Canada’s Top Choice Business Excellence award, an award given by the voting public for “Best Permanent Make up Clinic In Vancouver”.
